Features

This Freezer has two compartments ; upper compartment for freezing up to -20°C and lower compartment for ripening. Each compartment can be used separately according to usage.
Forced convection system and excellent defrosting device prevent frosting inside freezer and the breads inside freezer do not get dry as cold wind is designed not to touch the surface of breads directly
The freshness of the breads inside the ripening compartment can be maintained for a fairly long time as sufficient humidity is provided constantly
